Hezz & Toph moved here from Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound. Malbec is what the Dillon side of the lake was asking for; A modern, great dining experience, without the 'tude.

Hezz, a restaurateur, the past three years was employed in many facets of the wine industry at a winery in Washington State. Toph's background is in Engineering and Architecture.

We have 42 wines by the glass, draft microbrews and we don't have a deep fat fryer.
